This has been rather horrid timing, especially as I've been absent for a spell and now I'm just about to miss those of you coming home from Rockaway, but there's been a sudden issue with my family in England. As this is the first time I've had to return in nearly seventeen years, I'm sure you can deduce that it is quite important. I've already arranged to stow away on a cargo ship this evening, posing as a member of its crew, and I will return as soon as possible.
Stay frosty, motherfuckers. |

| PWP: Dept/Interim Heads + Recruitment |
[Jul. 18th, 2008|10:29 pm] |
As I'm sure you might have noticed, several of our departments have recently become depleted, due to a variety of factors. In a short while, my own will also be taking a hit, due to the leave of absence that Crunk and I must take. It is because of this that I and a certain, hiatusing Head of Intelligence discussed the possibility of an increased level of aggressive recruitment. Specifically, she mentioned a need for more Informants, especially in light of the recent loss of Honky Tonk.
I am unsure of the likelihood that we might safely find and sway someone of such a position to our side, but I do know there are certainly many in the slums who are sympathetic to our cause. I feel that perhaps those affected by Shusai's recent acts of violence would have a more personal reason to contribute. I have not even lost a loved one because of Shusai's latest evils, and yet I still want revenge. Although Ami has been returned to the Rhodes', the slums are by no means safe, and it is my opinion that they must be kept that way, even after two of their Revo-appointed guardians must abandon their posts.

I've decided on the name Richard Lowe. American, of course, and I'd rather not shave, if it's all the same to you lot. I am flexible on any other details. They are, of course, best left to the discretion of the professionals.
Once a member of the organization, I assume that I will work under aliases crafted by their specialists. I plan to suggest the names William Norman, Arthur Chambers, and James Brown.
[PWP: Crunk, Nerdcore]
It is my understanding that we should have a little get-together.
[PWP: Swing]
Crunk and I will be away for a bit, so I hope you don't mind if I name you temporary head of HG. Additionally, I must express my concerns about your son, who apparently feels that he is not receiving enough information. As he is in Intel, this may become an issue. |

Please see here for your recovery mission team assignments.
This is a large-scale operation, fellows, and it will require everyone's effort on all parts. All three parts, in fact, including two teams for distractions, one for stealth, and another for surveillance.

O'Hara infiltrated. I don't know how he's still alive, but the house burning must have been a ruse in order to get closer to us and retrieve Ami. Rhapsody and I have managed to stop him, and now he's coming peacefully.
Medics, you've got a 10-year-old with a bullet wound coming your way.
Vaudeville, you've got a trigger-happy underling coming yours.
Trance, you've got O'Hara when you want him. |

Attention, Home Team. Please see me for paper copies of your new mission assignments. Considering our recent security breach and that they include a map, I thought it most prudent to print them for your perusal.
I would appreciate it if you lot, upon receiving, reviewing, and remembering these paper instructions, would dispose of them in a proper fashion. This includes, but is not limited to, shredding, burning, and consuming. Under no circumstances may you crumple up your mission papers and toss them in the bin.
Sharps, if you are on the O'Hara mission, please feel free to contact me with your times, and I can inform you of which Home Guard agents will be in the vicinity concurrently. |

I think Jungle's been giving me the stinkeye these past few days (although she always looks a little bit like that, so you can never tell), so I thought I'd check.
You are as opposed to this division swapping as I am, correct? |

My wetsuit has gone missing. If I do not find it soon, I shall be forced to wear something else to volleyball. Perhaps it shall be my Hawaiian print trunks, paired with a clashing Hawaiian print shirt. I have quite a few to choose from, and I'm sure I could find a particularly lurid match within the time constraints.
If I am feeling especially anguished about my loss, I may wear my yellow polka-dot Speedo. Being separated from my wetsuit does these kinds of things to me, you understand. |

Last night, I had a dream that Crunk, Punk, a monk, and I got drunk, and then we smoked skunk that we found in a trunk with a load of other junk that was under a bunk.
Or perhaps we didn't. At the risk of seeming schizophrenic, I have two utterly unrelated tidbits to add here: 1. Roll, are you alright? 2. Dx nd Lnd Hp, y hv vr ffctv cd. gv p n dcphrng t vr qckl. Brv. |

I was strolling down the halls of the Complex when, all of a sudden, I heard a high-pitched scream and saw, through my peripheral vision, a 10-year-old-girl-shaped blur speeding away from me. This saddens me on quite a few levels. |
